I also believe Gutt should be Pure Evil instead. Him gutting off animals is confirmed by the skulls and bones he collects on his ship. Also Gavin isn't the most heinous Ice Age villain because allowing a meteor to destroy everyone with no reflection is generic doomsday villainy.

I don’t think Gutt is Pure Evil anymore since it’s not confirmed if the skulls and bones are actually his victims or if he just found them and decided to collect them. So, yeah, he’s not quite heinous enough.
