Hello. I might not have explained it well, kasi parang nagmamadali na rin matapos. Good that you asked. Ganito lang sya, General Rule: Payment should be at the place designated. Kung saan ang usapan, and if merong usapan. If walang nakasaad sa usapan, and yung obligation is to deliver a specific thing, then dapat sa place kung nasaan ang specific thing at the time nung perfection ng contract. If its delivery of a specific car, then dapat kung nasaan ang car at the time nung perfection ng contract, or shall i say at the time the obligation was constituted. In other cases, like yung delivery of money, or any other generic thing, kasama na rin yung obligation to do, ang payment or performance ay dapat sa tirahan ng debtor, like yung bayad sa renta ng bahay, it is at the place ni debtor, notice that yung nagpaparenta, sila yung pumupunta sa bahay ni debtor para maningil.
