Happiness and Spiritual Machines were albums I will remember forever. Entire albums speaking my life back then in songs. I will always love Raine and Our Lady Peace. Music isn't made like this anymore and it suffers.
Our Lady Peace was my favorite band since '96. My friend's band opened for them several years ago at the TLA in and got to see the majority of the show from backstage. I also got to talk to Jeremy and Steve for several minutes. Back then, even that lineup had passion and drive. This version of OLP is lost and might as well use a wind up monkey for a drummer. Probably more complex.
@@sarielhirsch7921 I don't know if I would agree with the using a windup monkey drummer part Jeremy had a different sound probably by using different equipment. I do still like their music nothing's like it used to be but the sound has evolved I would say for the better.
Clash at the castle was a incredible event and being able to go was something that will stay with me forever. Hearing the first parts of this song kinda got addicting and stuck in my head so fair play

I almost feel sorry I fell out of the loop with your music over the years but I wanna say thank you for the music you made in the 90’s, maybe to use you didn’t see it or know it yet but to us especially now a days when we hear one of those set in time songs it immediately brings back a rush of great memories from that time period and just wanna say thank you for enabling that every time we hear one of your songs

They sounded awesome, played all the classics and threw in a few from the new album!! Hate to say it, the 'holographic' part killed the whole vibe, they should just drop it.
