Very nice for an industrial city, most of it is not houses. One word comes to mind, Chernobyl, nuclear plant right in the city, not sure is advisable but what do I know, well done.
It's not actually a city, it's a town outside the city. I'll share a video when the town is complete, then I'll start building the city center. Also, you should try every idea that comes to your mind, that's what Cities Skylines is for :)

You're right, but this is not the city center. I've just started creating the city center.
