This is one of my favorite games in my childhood. Unfortunately the 2nd one is disappointing, they changed it to 1 on 1 fighting game while this game strong point is its 4 men battle plus wrestling style.

using scorp is easy. scorp and jumbo have the best footsies on this game. el stingray is good too, if you spam his special move and choose scorp as partner.
if you have a turbo for the attack, you can play with Biff, Gunloc, Rasta, or Alexander The Grater. all of them have cheap moves. on kawaks emulator, you can spam very fast since the auto-fire in this emulator is super fast, and you can map the special grapple move from Oni and Haggar to one button, just grab and press that button, and the super will come out.
This game is very cheap on the Arcade too, since the AI can grab you from far away.
