Good morning. I'm single, so I usually don't do a lot of meal planning. Every Sunday, I have dinner and a movie with my dad. I usually just by some meats and frozen vegetables. But I should do at least one or 2 meal prep. So I don't get bored and buy take out.

Hi Christine. I need to start back meal planning. I stopped once we became once the children left home. Meal planning definitely save you money and you eat much healthier. Plus you spend less for groceries and choose healthier foods.
