I relate to soooooo much of this! I had an amazing GPA and high school, wasn't disruptive, got everything done, looked like I was paying attention. But I was daydreaming 85% of the day because I was bored and antsy! And in college, I skipped classes so much! I now realize it was because I was bored and restless and couldn't change the "playback speed" to 2x faster. It was agonizing to feel like the class was moving so slow. I would put off homework and studying because I didn't know how to break tasks down into realistical chunks for me. And couldnt sit still to do them. I look back and wonder if I would have gotten more out of my education if I would have had more of the systems and strategies I figured out once in the work field. And I can relate to the anxiety thing if getting called on as well. Thanks for sharing!!

Must have been really hard for you, all those years not finding a place where you fit in... Now you made me curious about part 2 :)
