The whole point is to integrate Stakeholders including the Shareholders and not to further create division within the capitalist systems (Classic and Postmodern). This approach is bound to fail from my perspective and would create further problems like the one mentioned above.

While I admire the optimism of the presenter, the notion that humanity is progressing positively is a hugely flawed and limited assumption and far-fetched reality. The ongoing war in the Middle East, the Israel-Palestine Conflict, and America's weaponizing the war and further fueling its unconscious capitalism are the indicators that we have not evolved at all and exhibit tendencies of Stage Beige. To compare the present with the past and be boastful about it is absolutely hideous.
