They offer a QD version of this can. It comes with their QD mount, but can take any 1.375x24 mounts. DeadAir KeyMo, Q plan B, etc

I have a 5.56 QD that I'm waiting for. Will be my first suppressor, hopefully it's a good one.

I don’t have any experience with the CGS or OSS yet, so I don’t want to give you bad information. Hopefully I’ll be able to get a demo of both eventually. Sorry I couldn’t help.
