I am not sure what changed, but I had to change my Page setup to "Pageless" (File, Page Setup, Pageless tab). Then I could see the section breaks. At that point it was just getting them highlighted and deleted. There was no Show Section Breaks under my View Tab.

I removed section break, It used creating for different page number, header, footer etc.
It doesn't work for me.
have you find section break? you have select the section break and delete.
