Thanks for the tutorials! What makes these tutorials excellent is the that you can hear what he is explaining. When someone makes a tutorial with background music playing loud, I don't waste my time watching them. Unfortunately, there are many like that on RUclips. Plus, he is organized and prepared. Well done!
I've viewed this whole series and it is the best methodology for feature rich programs I have ever encountered. I'm amazed I do not see this type of format more often. I think only "jonkofied" -w- reason 4. He labels by number also. Your quality of recording is excellent and your presentation is exquisite. Very clear and concise. The depth of your product knowledge is self evident. Outstanding work!!! See my comment on number 22 also. Oh yes by the way...THANK YOU!
Thanks for this (all the videos)!! It's really good and I hope you keep on going. One recommendation: it'd be usefull if the description included the subjects covered in each video. Cheers!
Intuitive, responsive, precise single file editor. Functions that I do not yet know where to find appear in the expected places. For example, the Marker command used to be on the Backslash/Pipe key earlier (which has the symbol that looks like a vertical line on it). I didn't need to read a manual to discover it. The file formats are full of legacy stuff; Forge was always slow to adapt modern codecs. Forge did add support for large files with the wave64 format extension. Other software like izotope, even with recent versions failed there. I tell you want old Forge could not do. It could not open WaveFormatExtensible, which tools like sox or opusdec produce for high bit depth, because those products want to adhere to some standard.
Hi. I have a question about missing buttons on my Sound Forge 4.5. The drop-down windows Process, Effects and Tools are missing even when data window files are open and I don't know how to get those functions.
