Pure luck … I had 45000 caps as did not use them … got 10 jackpots per 1000 caps lowest bet … but not a single transmission among the jackpots … 450 jackpots … 450 items … not single transmission. But it does not matter meanwhile have tons of transmissions … first item of atv completed … and got tons I do not need … there is somewhat of a transmission overkill in the game for me … without chipper you cannot progress … atv is needed at the end if the game …

Got annoyed about each tactical backpack I won. Transmissions I got plenty of more than needed for atv any way … far too many in game for me.
