You are misleading people! God speaks through His Word. Not with a small voice or dreams and visions. Why do you pervert the truth of God's Word? The canon of Scripture is complete! The Spirit and the Word are inseparable! Why do you twist the Word? You totally mis the context of John 10! You will be hold accountable by the LORD God! Don't pervert God's Word!
Hi Johan, thank you for your comment on the video! The Bible has so much to tell and every Scripture can speak to you in a different way. That's why you can read the Bible over and over again and still discover new messages. Isn't it wonderful how God uses his word? There are many examples about the way that God speaks to his people, look at Genesis 37. In Acts 2:17 he says very clearly: In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
@@AntwoordenmetBaylessConley Dear brother in Christ. I agree that Scripture can speak to our hearts. We can read a passage a thousand times, and suddenly, eureka, we got it, we suddenly understand what we are reading. That is no Revelation, but illumination by the Holy Spirit. You are right that the bible is full of dreams and visions, but also of wonders God did. For instance the way God made through the red sea, but will He do that nowadays? A talking donkey who talked to the prophet. Does God do that nowadays? You see brother, though the Bible makes records of it, does not mean that God does it again. The profecy of Joel you mentioned is a profecy for the people of Israel. Read the whole context. It has to do with God's judgment. Read the whole chapter. The canon of Scripture is complete. All that God has to say, He has said through Scripture. Scripture is the complete Revelation of God. Scripture is sufficient. Read the letters of the apostle Paul. Not ones he taught about dreams and visions. To Timothy he taught to hold fast to the sound doctrine that Paul taught him. In that period, the canon of Scripture wasn't complete yet. The profecy of Joel was for Israel. The church, the Body of Christ was in a unmature stage (1 Corinthians 13). But now not anymore. Scripture is given by God for our spiritual growth in nowing God and to increase in grace. Same for prophet's and apostles. There are non of them now. The foundation is layed. Paul was the last apostle. (1 Corinthians 4:9). If christians still believe in dreams and visions, then they believe outside Scripture God has given us. Hebrews 1:1 says that in these last days, God has spoken through the Son! There are no more new revelations of God. All that God has said, He has said it in His Word! Let the Word be sufficient for you dear brother. Don't go beyond and outside Scripture. Stick to the sound doctrine and teaching of God's Word. Dear brother, I wish you God's blessing in your service for the lord as a pastor.
