No, but if you master the buttons shortcuts, it becomes like a glove. I like simplicity, because when you get deeper, you will glad for the time invested. This radio is great!
Backlit keys would have been welcome for sure! What you get though with this portable is stellar RF performance, a generous selection of features, exceptionally good audio tone in a very small package, and all at an incredibly low price! I am so impressed that I bought two of them!

Gilles, the general concensus of this radio by Qodosen is that it is an excellent radio!
The bandwidth features on the FM band sound exactly the same as the TEF 6686. That is great to hear, as it would have been a waste not having them.
