- No silly music, no bad quality camerawork. This is simply a collection of realistic crashes that have occurred in my past few months of offline racing. This being NASCAR and all, most of the spectacular wrecks were on superspeedways, but I've tried my best to mix in some speedway, short track, and road course content. Let me know what might be good to change in future videos.
The radio chatter is from the brilliant DWarehouse iRacing JJ Spotter Pack. Check it out, there's an NR2003 version as well.

It's 12:33 AM and I'm sitting in about the same place I was one of the first times I got to see the house I've lived in the last 7 years.
I was watching these videos while my mother talked with the real estate agents. Right here.
Glad you moved on from these to bigger and better things, but it never hurts to take a step back and look back at where you came from. Made a lot of great friends thanks to these vids. Thanks DT.

This was one of my first racing games as a kid. I remember I'd occasionally drive around Daytona backwards and try to create the most ridiculous crashes I could.

Some of these crashes could have been avoided! If only the drivers didn't have Firestone tires. :D
Haahaha, like what happened at Talladega when it first opened. A mini tire war occurred between Goodyear and Firestone, the Firestone tires got a huge licking from the track itself, which resulted in Firestone dropping out, leaving only Goodyear. The entire first race was comprised of lower division cars, which was against NASCAR's rules and still is to this very day. And only like 10 cars competed that day.
Tonight: Ricky Carmichael does his best Ryan Newman impression, we see late models doing many a barrel roll, and Cole Whitt convinces someone to give his Ford Fusion a rectal exam

Really nice video so far, my only two suggestions to make this even better would be to A) Use Camera Control Master. It gives you SO much more freedom to film the crashes with and makes them look even more realistic. And B) Perhaps add a ticker at the top or some commentary from real crashes. Other than that, amazing work!

yup! Cup90 mod with a 1999 skin pack from Design Mods Racing. The best one (I found later) is the Cup2000 mod.

It's the Late Model Project V2 mod. The original site is now defunct but there's a link to it and some liveries for it on the nr2k3 weebly mod page.

Danny Chisholm there are videos on RUclips that could help. you basically have to extract them into your series folder.

That's actually the "07" car, not an upside down 2. It was drive on by Clint Bowyer and later Casey Mears for Richard Childress Racing.

Wish nascar had more realistic crashes. Just played nascar heat 3. It’s absolute trash. I mean the competitive racing isn’t too bad but the crashes are super lame.

You can't
Actually, you can. It's online if you have the dough. Be prepared to spend $50+, sometimes less, US Dollars or the equivalent in your country if you aren't in the USA. It's called NASCAR Racing 2003 Season and it's for PC and Macintosh. Lots of the cars and tracks are mods and are mostly free. If you have any more questions, let me know.
