Maybe a gray Turkish Angora. But a more introverted one than the average for that breed. Though they also naturally prefer close bonds with only 1 person, so kind of introverts in that regard I guess.

@@asmrviellaOh, I forgot to say that the bell at 16:20 sounds extremely good to me. With decent headphones it's bright and airy but not cold, harsh or metallic (in a bad way). So might be a good trigger to sometimes use in other, normal videos too.
