Beim Internationalen Musikfest in Bad Bramstedt am 23.06.12 präsentierte das Symphonische Blasorchester Norderstedt gemeinsam mit dem exzellenten Gastsolisten Nobuya Sugawa ein musikalisches Highlight:
„Birds", ein atemberaubendes Stück für Solo-Altsaxophon in drei Sätzen, wurde exklusiv für den langjährigen 1. Saxophonisten und Konzertmeister des berühmten Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra - Nobuya Sugawa - komponiert. Der Japaner gehört zu den weltbesten Saxophonisten und hielt sich auf Einladung von Yamaha Music Europe in Deutschland auf.
