Parker is the boarder of West of Arizona and East of California. It’s separated by The Colorado river between California and Arizona.
The bar is located on the Colorado River at the rear of Fox's RV Park and Resort, which is located at 6350 Riverside Drive north of Parker. ... The floating bar opened in 1949, and is believed to have been the first of these establishments on the river.

This part of the desert is nice. Grew up going there in my 20’s to bar hop with my friends. Great memories there. Lake Havasu City, I have a 2nd home that is about 30 minutes from Parker. Nice place to visit too.
