I'm still confused because whenever I sit at my desk, my cat climbs up and sits with me, so we're basically chilling. But all of a sudden she starts biting my hand and getting mad at me when I'm not even touching her lol. Next thing I know she hops off and leaves.
My girl "slaps", scratches and bites one minute, the next she is all love and cuddles, trying to get attention and doing the "head bumps" so I can pet her. Why does she behave like this? She also hates to be ignored, I should have named her Alex Forrest. She ran up to me, a stray, dirty, six or seven week-old kitten. I love my bipolar gal to pieces, she came to me when I needed her most.
My cat jumps up on my lap, lays down for a few minutes and then gets up and starts wanting to bite my hand. Or my wrist and I’m not doing anything to it. All my thought is if she’s getting ready to eat and she’s trying to tell me that that she wants to eat. What do you think?
She is biting me sometimes and it´s clearly when she is happy. She also loves to jump on my back and be transported through the flat. I´m fine with her playing with me. she is never getting bored with playing with my hands. Oh, she is an adult cat of age 3. Her love nibbles are just cute. She is always with me. Right now, I´m typing on the keyboard and she is sleeping right next to it. Cats are great!
yep. my cat bites my hand a little when she feels playful. if I ever say "ow" she'll stop and lick me hand but she never aggressively bites me so i never cared much abt it
I've had about eight cats/kittens. I recently adopted age 2 years Siamese (my favorite breed) and this BIG munchkin bites for attention. I have to hide my hand if he's on my lap. I've had cats who'll like you and then BITE. At least I can see that one coming but Tyson will just suddenly bite with no provocation. I know he's saying, "I want attention" but this guy has long FANGS and I'm afraid that he won't know his strength and will chomp into my hand and draw blood. He's not a mean cat at all. He's your typical male cat, a little pushy--but I LOVE him.
I know my cat LOVES me, but often tries to bite when we're close. I always say "don't bite." But he can't seem to help it. Could it be that he was declawed in front paws as a kitten?
I've had my kitten for 2 month and it's non stop biting she hasnt let us pet her once I think we have the first problem mentioned in the video, and NOTHING SCARES HER if u clap ur hands sprinkle water at her yell NO or stomp ur feet she just doesn't care I've even tried mewing like some people suggest but she still doesnt care tbh I've never seen a cat so fearless the only way to get her to stop attacking our arms or hands is when i pick her up and slam her on the bed I make sure todo it safely not to hurt her but just to give her a shock and after 3 she will stop attacking and find somthing else to attack. Will she grow out of this attacking behaviour and does anyone have any tips
It is a sign of great affection.

Did you find reason?
Same some times it's annoying for no reason 😢

Because it belongs to them
My favorite quote right now, "if the world was flat cats would of knocked evrything off already"

My cat Koko bites me on my hands softly and when I scream to pretend as if I was feeling pain, then she licks my hand 😂😂😂😂

A gentle bit when they are young?
I Have a 3 legged cat and it loves to eat my hand.
I’m a masochist so I never minded when my cat bit or scratch me.
Minded?
