Having done my share of splitting, I know how heavy those large rounds are and Rachel literally throws them around. What a woman, strong and a total babe. I salute you madam.
Hey guys. With every video I ever see from you two, you guys are just beasts in the firewood yard! Doesn't matter what you're doing. You are totally in a league of your own. You guys are the very best, all g with Phil and Karen Allen. I hope God Blesses you richly! Stay safe. Chip
The auto cycle keeps your hands free without continually controlling the pump. Plus the 8 way splitting wedge splits it fairly equitably. It'll lift the crooked ones it has no choice. But the cycling speed is probably just right if you want to fly through this wood. Nice job Rachel. You get it done girl.
It's old time farmer knowledge, for a manual repetitive process women are faster than men. I worked on a potato farm during harvest, they hired women to run the bagging machine and they could produce more pallets per hour than men, even though they had equal hours each day for practice and output. Not sure why, but its a known fact. Rachael is proof right there. She also has Drive to do it. You two make a great team.
Rachel good job on testing out the commercial spliter. You can move very fast grabbing those big junks and putting them on the spliter. You didn,t seem to be out of breath in 17 minutes strait going flat out but I was getting out of breath just watching you ha,ha. You can certainly work I must say. I was at the wood today to putting it in the basement for the winter. 18 wheelbarrows I done in about couple hours or so. Close to a cord brought in. It's a good workout for sure. Great spliter you have there. Loved every minute of the video it was a blast to watch. Take care.
Hay I think she did a good job for not using the lifter . My back killing me watching her not using it . Can I use her and the splitter I got about 8 to 10 cores of firewood to split.
Okay Rachel did a fantastic job, but it's an unrealistic test because I don't think someone could work at that speed for 6/8 person hours. What I think would make a better comparison is 1 box store splitter, this splitter on a 4 hour run with each a couple of full cords, whoever finishes first than you'd see which is more efficient.
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors Yes, sir, it is an easy fix. The Hydraulic Shop in our big city is MORE expensive than a whole new cylinder. But Rachel is worth it!
Awesome machine but the wedge design leaves a lot to be desired. The knives are too close together at the base, too short and at the wrong angle IMO. Take care
@@johnpeake4931 that wasn’t optimal wood for that wedge design. We run smaller rounds through it when we run it for ourselves. Jason wasn’t worried about sizing.
That was some nasty wood. Those slanted end cuts don't help. That looks like one rugged splitter. That wood looked like it was way past prime. It seemed to crumble a lot.
My next splitter will definitely have auto cycle. It makes working alone so much faster. Good job Rachel.
Yes it does! The All Wood with auto cycle will be an absolute monster!
@@hardworkingmanoutdoors I think so as well
good video and job hope it can be fixed easily. both of you take care, be safe and well.
Thanks! She’s already back up and running!
Definitely a huge difference between a boxer and a commercial unit . Great job showing the difference .
Yes there is!!
The All Wood splitter has it going on. Definitely a powerful splitter.
Powerful and fast!

I agree

Thanks Stephen. We are in line for adding full auto cycle!
Well, done, Rachel👏🏻👍🇺🇸

Well done Mrs Rachel proud of you as always pure woman power hello Mr heath thank you for the PBS have a great weekend guys
Thanks David!!
Great job Rachel. Yes I think the auto cycle would make a huge difference.
Yes it would! We are in line to get it! Stay tuned!

Firewood is a great workout! One of the reasons we enjoy it!
Once again, we see Rachel 🐰makin' the boys look bad! And looking good while doing it!
That All Wood is a beast!
She definitely makes both look easy. The All Wood is a beast too.
Ya crooked ends are a pain. I have had it do that on my Country Tuff with it's staight wedge. Good job.
Thanks and yes they are!
Rachel is good looking
Thanks Ralph! I’m one lucky guy!
@@hardworkingmanoutdoorsyes you are
Bought an Allwood Locust from Bobby with a 48' tray, it's a monster...

What is that bottle of lube spray that you showed to us I didn’t get the name of it thanks

How they compare to wolf ridge and Eastonmade price wise??
Pretty comparable. They are high end machines and built like a tank. I believe the Maple is about $10k.
Whatcha gonna do Heath ... When Rachal mania runs wild all over you ...
Sit back and enjoy lol.

That would be a good test too. In fact I have something similar in mind for a potential upcoming challenge.
Internally, the rod of the cylinder snapped in two?
Yes sir, I believe you are correct. Luckily it’s a pretty easy fix. Bobby said it is rare but happens from time to time.

Rachel isn't competitive.... no way.
lol nope not at all.
Nice job Rachel. But please don't injure your back in a contest to see how fast you can operate a machine. Take care young lady.
Thanks!

We had it custom built to produce small splits and it works awesome on the right wood!
I see more bigger splits than small

Rachel I believe in every episode you outwork Heath, good on you . Heath less narration will make it more enjoyable.
Hey now!
That was some nasty wood. Those slanted end cuts don't help. That looks like one rugged splitter. That wood looked like it was way past prime. It seemed to crumble a lot.
No they don’t. In the box store splitters it’s not a big deal but with the speed and multi split wedges it made a big difference!
The cutter should be fired
He cuts for himself. With his splitter it doesn’t make a difference.
Those crooked end don’t help at all, maybe you should practice of how to sharpened your chain properly. Just saying.
These weren’t cut by me. On his splitter it didn’t matter and he’d never run a commercial splitter before to see the importance.
Simply NOT my choice. Unefficient.
Fair enough everyone operates differently.
