It was very helpful to see 14 muscle balance after reading the book on TH. Feel like filling the gaps. Next step is applying and to do it myself. Thanks for sharing this educational video

I just subbed because your channel popped up on my suggestion page. WHere are you located Mr. LaPlante? Virginia Beach? I will visit you this Fall. Or, are any of those students practicing near Indiana?

For supraspinatus you tested without hold the shoulder to isolate the muscle. Is it still accurate? I just took my TFH Level 1 and I'm still learning. Thanks 😊

No need to stabilize if the body is being stabilized by the table. Whenever possible I believe it’s wise to avoid touching the muscle you are testing. (Of course stabilize when appropriate) You may accidentally contact a tendon or spindle that could momentarily show a strong response. We call it circuit locating in TFH.
New course coming up that blends TFH and EFT and NLP Coaching -

I have a question in the video on the Stomach Meridian, in the book it shows the Neurolymphatic only on the right side on the front. You worked on the left. Should it be showing in the book both sides?

Stomach/Pec Major Clavicular NeuroLymphatic is on the front Left only.
Liver/Pec Major Sternal NL is on the front right only.
It doesn't hurt to do both sides though not necessary for the indicator muscle to respond.

I have naprapathy in both legs. I can still feel hot, cold, pain in my legs and feet. My legs and feet just feel extremely heavy. I broke my tailbone around 9 years ago. The naprapathy started about 4 years ago. I used to do martial arts and about a month after I stopped is when it started.

Interesting it started after you stopped exercising. Movement is Medicine. Sounds like SI Joint/ Lumbar alignment. Deficient Liver & Kidney will cause heavy legs too.
