My friend's lived at the same place for 37 years. Moving to a much smaller place and so he's having to sell and get rid of a lot of stuff. He has this huge trampoline and asked me if I wanted it. I asked him if it would fit in my truck; and he told me that it could be taken apart. I told him I'd like to set it up in the back of our complex for the kids around the neighborhood; but he said that there were insurance issues. *shaking head*. Seems like they're up in everyone's business.... all that litigation stuff. I'm thinking about running it past my landlord; and ask them to pay the insurance, or maybe $3 per day for use of it; so that that could go to toward the insurance on it. We could easily get a step ladder, and find some kind of net to cover it; so that when the kids bounce around, they don't have the chance of bouncing out. My friend's wife told me that we could use those pool noodles, cut them to size and wrap them around the steel springs so that if someone landed on them, they wouldn't get pinched or punctured by them. I'd be willing to bring it over and set it up myself, if need be. I just thought it would be nice for the community. We have at least one Gymnastics gym several streets over; and we used to have a place for Parkour. The kids could go there, learn some stuff, and practice in the backyard. Anyway... I wish there was less red tape on stuff like this. DM

Exactly..you can take the horse to the water, but you can't make them drink. Tired talking to people who are not willing to listen. Love bro, but he needs to get with it. Sitting around doesn't do the work...need to do the inner and outer work. Period. I had to surrender it to the most high. I could no longer pull my weight and his weight...he wanted a free ride, but after a while I just couldn't do it. Had to choose myself.
