Rufus returns from a ski trip and tries his best to avoid Lily.

Leighton’s acting is *superb* in this scene. The way her eyes go from calculating to heartbroken to imploring, then back to cold. She’s incredible!

laura harring is a wonderful actress, she does play the role of Chuck's mother very well

that was his mother and she kept on hurting him over and over again by saying she was then saying she only wanted the money and then wanting uncle jack but in the end wen she left for good, she revealed she really was his mother :(
