Saturn being a saha yogi has made me show no interest in marriage and children, by sitting in the 5th and directly aspecting the 7th and the 2nd. You are right about thoughts as well. There is always a fear of the unknown and the future is shrouded in a cloud of mystery, with no clarity of thoughts, making me prone to take bad decisions repeatedly. Not easy at all to cope with this.

Sir, if mars and ketu are affecting 5th House, will it also be a childless yoga as ketu also signifies abortions or difficulty in progeny conception
