I own the Wheel of Change deck. I've had it for a little over a year now, and I haven't worked with it yet. It looks so much better trimmed. I didn't purchase the book, but I think I will. Great video. Thanks for sharing.

O my, the book and meanings of the orisha deck!! Amazing!

Ok, I stopped in my tracks and ordered The Orisha Tarot. I just had to…wow.
I think I’m going to work together with this deck as a different system than RWS or even as an Oracle, I’ll see how that goes though once I receive it, but I am pretty excited, so Ty!
Also, the faces deck, lol. I love how the card right after you gave a sort of disclaimer was possibly one of the creepiest faces in the deck, if not like top 5 lol.
I’m still so conflicted with Ritual Tarot. I don’t know when and where to work with that deck as Im not sure it’ll be an everyday-er for me, certainly it’s not a hug/inner child/love deck-for me personally lol. I do feel for the price there should have been a beefier guidebook (just look at the Orisha Tarot.) Maybe Ritual could be a type of deep dive study deck?
Anywho, enough rambling, lol. I really enjoyed this video & thank you again for introducing me to The Orisha Tarot!

yay!! hope you love the deck, i'd love to know how your work with it goes. seeing it as an oracle is a really good idea! it's definitely it's own system, so i'll have to see how my brain organizes it with my tarot knowledge.
haha yesss the face deck was letting the people know immediately if they could handle it or not!
i can totally see how you feel about the ritual. i wasn't too sure about it either. i only sprung for it because of the reduced price on the kickstarter, i figured it was the most affordable price i'd ever get. i also wish it had a beefier guidebook, especially for the minors! it really hurts when decks have so little there when it makes up the majority of the tarot. for me it feels anthropological, so i relate to it in a collective (un)consciousness way. lots of history and artifacts included which sends readings in a spiritual devotional direction. for how many historical references there are, i wish they were listed somewhere so folks could find them and deepen their learning of various cultures. but i can also understand that the goal might not be about intellectual information, but rather intuitive / unconscious / primal information, which is valuable and valid. that being said, i'm interested to see how my work with it develops. if you go for it, there may be an adjustment / getting to know you period, but i don't think it's regrettable if you're attracted to the energy of the deck overall. there may also be secondhand decks up for sale at some points too, so hopefully that's an accessible way to give it a go.
btw i love rambling! keep it coming haha i am known to do the same!

"If you're creeped out by faces..." and then hello, Creature from the Black Lagoon face!! I was laughing so hard. 😂 I LOVE the Wheel of Change Tarot and the Lantern Oracle -- two decks I would also like to work with more. Thank you for another fun and insightful video!! It was fun to think about these gorgeous decks with you. 💛💛💛

The Wheel of Change Tarot is on its way to me and I am so excited for it. I hope the guidebook brings sense into some of the cards as they bring a really different perspectives into play.
The Beyong Lemuria Oracle is one of my favs!🤗

oooh yay! yea i’d say the guidebook is in depth and clarifies why you’re seeing what you’re seeing. i still work with the guidebook most readings but i think it’s one i should journal with to really solidify the connections. i’d be curious to know how it goes for you!
yes! i don’t see folks talking about beyond lemuria, nice to hear your love for it. excited to reconnect with it 🦋
      thanks for watching! 🌸

Have received the ritual tarot recently. I felt the spiritual power of it right away. I had to remove the death card though ... it just didn't resonate with me at all. Made me hella anxious even. Now the fools journey extra card is my new death card and I love it :) Been bonding with the ritual tarot even more after I've edged the cards in black.

oooh i love that 👀 the death card is intense, one of the most psychologically affecting i've seen. i'm glad you made it work. thanks for sharing that!! it's an intense deck overall. for ediging i'm between black and golden honey color... eeee i've definitely gotta do it asap!

What about a sort of Black & Red ombré edging for the Orisha tarot? Seed & Sickle is also on my list of decks to work with this year too. 😚

such a good idea!! i've never done it so i'm a bit nervous, but i've been wanting to try it. now that i'm saying that, i'm reminded that it's the care that counts, messiness and mistakes are guaranteed! thanks for helping me sort through that haha. wishing us beautiful experiences with seed & sickle this year!! 🌸🗡️🏵️

Have you read Consorting with Spirits by Jason Miller? Would be a good companion with working with the Goetia (Tarot.) Sorry for the multiple comments lol. I can talk, even type, I’m an Italian from nyc so even my comments are yappy, lol.

no, i haven't read it! i looked it up and realized i've seen it so many times while browsing for books online, but i never stopped to see what it was about. it looks like it's right up my alley, i can see it working well with goetia, thanks for the recommendation and for the multiple comments - i love talking so it's completely welcome here 🌸 sending love and hoping you have a great day ahead!

@@everonward. thank you for presenting the Goetia deck, the artwork is indeed stunning and it just pulls you in. I've been working with the Lantern oracle for a while now and it's such a gem, an absolutely unique tool in my collection, very insightful, mature and crazily on point every single time

oooh, thanks for adding your thoughts here, i'm so intrigued since i read a sample part of the book. it's *high* on my list now, but coming from two people is now just a matter of putting it in rotation, deciding when i'll be dedicating the time. and thank you for your thoughts on the lantern, i love to hear that. i just trimmed and edged mine and i'm excited to do a more "formal" interview reading with it, make that connection for our future work! again, thanks for being here and sharing, sending so much love and bright moments for your week 🌺🌺
