I will try to avoid the many history memes, but I have to ask if the Canadians have any rules mentioning Geneva. The Prometheus MK2 seems fun. A little surprised that it is a dark grey paint scheme. I figured it would be closer to the Commonwealth grey white. I personally don't like the design or story of the Nautilus. It feels like American Godzilla. Name is the same, but a lot of the themes and details are changed. The Canadian BB looks awesome. I want to know what is on those turrets on the port and starboard. The Gloriana has gun batteries. Are they 8 of the Crown generators?
The Tilloch Galt is a Camelot class that swaps out gun batteries for guardian generators and has the guardian generator surge rule for a potential 12/16 GP.
@@speeddemonpainting7050 Why does the named ship have 4 turrets and 6 guardian generations, but the base ship have 3 and 8? Am I missing something about the mold?
This is a tweaked model of course, but yeah, nothing stops you from slapping some trirail onto the old chassis. This one very much looks like a more "collection completion" sort of thing. I personally like that for some of these named variants.
It is a bit like the Constitution and Mexico battle fleets ... I was going to say occasionally you see a model rebuild, but I think almost every fleet has one or more such variants. Crown Imperium Union Empire Each of those have at least one variant.
They have 1 player starter sets for every faction that comes with templates, dice, cards and a pretty significant fleet to get you started. I would always recommend those as a start off point if you have a mate that wants to start with you. If you don't already have somebody in your gaming group who already plays or who wants to try it first before buying, the two player starter sets are great (there's three of them), to use one fleet as a demo force.
Quality video as always. Love to see the nautilus released. This one and the Avalon are some of the prettiest in the range imo.
Yeah looks like the ones foreseeing mostly resin releases before Armoured Clash were right 😄
Noooo more crown models, I must get them…….
I am running out of shelf space for all of these ships. Plus now I got to find space for the grounds forces.
you never have too many miniatures... You just lack more shelves yet.

The Prometheus is getting its own box? Seems a bit redundant. It being what, one of the first models to technically come out?

I have seen this game a lot but never played. What would you folks recommend as a starter or fleet to try?

I like the Battleship, nut not interested in subs, so this may be a miss for me.
