Zack, I've been playing golf for 3 yrs and am 71 yrs old, I have read 100's of hours of lit. books. etc .etc, have had about 25 hours of one on one lessons . You are by far the best !!!!.you make sense and most lessons pertain to things everyone can use. You have a gift of instruction which is very understandable,, with nothing left out and leaves nothing to the imagination. Thank you so much for making an old man believe golf may be in my future. Excellent video. I tend to hit my irons ok but my ball flight is very high also my balance is off at the end. Dropping the left shoulder really helped and a added benefit much more consistent distance.
I just tried this drill in my apartment and I almost compressed a golf ball right through my window on accident lol can't wait to try this on the golf course. Honestly, best tip I've seen that will help with my game! Salute
Nice tip. I like how you show a student example after the explanation. As I get older though, it is easier to turn my shoulders on a flatter plane than my swing (kind of like Phil Mickelson).
Not enough videos about this key fundamental. Good job supporting the idea. johnj134, the only reason you would come over the top is incorrect sequence. If you shift your weight left from the ground up you'll be on plane.
I think this is why his back needed so many surgeries. Also, track man shows us spin loft is what causes compression and not hitting the ball into the ground

Zach always makes himself very clear. Talented, articulate, teacher! He knows his stuff and knows how to make us understand it.
Beautiful swing and finish Zach. Appreciate and learn a lot from your videos! Wish you were in Florida I'd pay to take a lesson.

Really enjoyed the content of this video. Keep it up!
Very good tips! This tip is good for folks who fail to take divot for iron play ... Thanks Zach!
Will definitely work on this. I tend to hit it a little thin and push also. my only issue with this is it may cause me to come over the top.....
Great instruction! Just found your channel and I really like your approach to teaching.
Fantastic thanks Zach keep doing good videos
What a difference in swings your student made! WOW!

great instruction Zach
Watched several of your vids today and I tell you what; you got a new subscriber.
After you changed the students address posture, did he immediately start taking it back on-plane and not crossing the line at the top?
Your videos are just awesome.
That looked like Tiger's old swing when he was with Foley. Real steep shoulder plane.
Good stuff.Retired pga pro.You know what you are talking about.
I just watched another one of your videos that pretty much said this posture is no Bueno. Of course this vid was recorded a couple years ago...
great video
I think you mean parallel to thee ground not perpendicular (6.30)

Yea Woods is a great player but he's also very inconsistent with his shots. Good advice though and I'll definitely try out some of the tips.
