I wish I found this video last night. I own a Catrike EolaI had to take my mirror off to replace my damaged grips. I loosened the long bolt too much and part of my assembly dropped into my handle bar and I can’t get it out LOL

Is the same technique with a catrike dumonte need to install a right mirror

For the Dumont you would need to mount an accessory bar off the handle and then mount the mirror due to the shifter on top of the handlebar. An easy solution would be to use a mirror like the Axiom Fastflash DLX (less than $15).
