1) Be disciplined in your daily routine. Every morning make a time table for the day and follow it with rigour. For more see 9:47.
2) Never make anyone feel insecure. Be it externally or subtly. People in Kaliyuga are already very insecure in some way or the other.
Another way by which we ruin our saturn is by not doing our Karma properly. A student should diligently study, an athlete should practice vigorously, and so on.

According to me,
Saturn means being disciplined and sincere with whatever you do.
Even if it is work, love affair, friendship or any aspect of life.
Few Eg - As saturn is a planet of masses and wealth. Saturn delays but never denies. If one is sincere with their work and doing it in a discipline way, saturn will always bless you.
Also Saturn can make someone popular Politician or Manager or Some one at bigger position in work.
Love - Saturn and Venus are Best Friends, so I dont think so conjunction or mutual aspect of saturn and venus will cause divorce. Infact if the person is sincere with their feelings than the relationship may last for life time.
Friendships - If you are sincere with your friends. And still you think your friends are taking advantage of you, and you just leave them or abandon them. I dont think so you are destroying saturn, bcz you are anyway sincere with whatever you do.
Also do not forget, Saturn can give one of the Pancha Mahapurusha Yoga.
So just be sincere and disciplined with whatever you do, be true from your heart, and I think Saturn will bless you with lots.

Yeah just like digestion starts from the tongue, same way karma starts from our thoughts. Even if we don't bring it to earth, we have already done it.
You should be good to the persons like maids, driver. sweeper beggars etc who work in our house or come to your house for a livelihood and if they are loyal to you and speak good about you your Saturn improves. Heard this from my grandparents.
Therefore involving in extramarital affairs is also harming your saturn. Having multiple partners and flirting is bad Saturn too. These things are on rise in this generation. So most of the people have bad Saturn.

By you being the bigger person and turn away, you in the end will be judged alot better. But who am I to tell anyone what to do.
