I m the same cant remember when i had for breakfast most days:D I guess tried to figure out the way to make my life a bit easier with this build project as dont think its much fun looking for parts out of ziplock bags or on the floor. Nice video Rula! I very much like to get updates on your "Battle Of Narva" moc. The camerawork is a little wild at times but I guess that is unavoidable. I don't have suggestions or deep thoughts at this point but I like how you sort your pieces. I will certainly have a close look at that because finding the right mix between fine sorting and topic sorting is always a challenge. I personally started out with fine sorting but now I have most of my personal collection in categories like "Nature", "Aquatic", "Bricks", Plates ect. Also it's nice that you now have the Bohemian corporal as a minifigure. ;)
@hookybrickshooky9529 Thanks Hooky. Yes I also havent fully figured out the best sorting approach but have dedicated two tool boxes just for this moc project parts storage. I also have few other empty plastic box I could use for sorting. And yes sorry about video work, was trying to record fairly quickly before family comes back :D this is basically my lego reality now, working on lego when real life permits. Haha and yeah hopefully it wasnt too disappointing to you, but it was a bit of impulse buy for me with the führer purchase, wanted to use him for a moc. I really dont have any emotions with this one, to me he is just one of many terrible historical leaders that shaped the world we live in today. This one just happened to he available for sale
@@Rula2020 Don't worry, no Bohemian corporal will ever stand between us. ;) When it comes to the origins and early life of the Bohemian corporal, I know the basics, but I'm certainly not an expert. When it comes to his political career and his political views, I am a little better informed, but I can't claim to be complete in this respect either. Let's put it this way, I know enough about this to know that I don't like him. But my specialty is the Second World War and I know that he made one wrong decision after another and not just out of ignorance, but simply because he put political considerations, his personal power and the reputation of the party always above military necessity. I could fill a whole book with it and that's why I reject him above and beyond.
@@hookybrickshooky9529 yes, I agreed. To me he was a product ww1 built on violence and resentment. once got into power turned into typical self absorbed tyrant obsessed with his ideas. There many alike before him and even some today with similar traits so to say… believing that any means justify the ends. The bigger problem in my view that he was a terrible strategist (as human being) and a big gabler. That just happened to gamble away all germany and its people. But you know my favorite phrases other than as much as you love lego, lego does love you back. The history is written by the victors. And to me he is no different to Stalin, Napoleon, Mao … and the list goes on
@@juanduran345 Yes other than high price tag so far I m really liking stanley fatmax for storage and parts sorting. I am sure there are still better and cheaper options out there but i think for this moc project working i m working now should do the job. wwb german staff car is pretty neat and so are the figs.
