I think it’s how you build them. I made a Magcro, the supposed weakest class in the game. Once I got the right gear set combo and built it right it is my strongest class behind my mag blade. In terms of the tier i think it should be in terms of easier to use. Magsorc and dk give to a noob with any gold gear and a month of training they good to go. Try that with necro. It won’t work. It has to be built right from the gear to the champion point, race , mundus, food and attack combination.
I love cro it’s been my main for awhile. Skill will always matter of course but when you compare the skill needed to play cro vs other classes it’s night and day because it’s so weak. It’s heavily dependent on gear which is what I left out of my ranking.
I'm sorry mate, but there's no way you haven't put NB in S tier... almost all of Cyro is either on NB or Sorc, thats telling. Roll back a few patches, and cyro had a bunch of corrosive crutching DK's, because they were the "best". NB and Sorc are levels above everything else right now. Unreal damage, mobility, survivability, access to buffs and debuffs (mainly NB), easy to play, etc etc etc. Overall, good points and accurate assessment of the classes, but there's no way NB isn't S tier.
You make good points but nightblade has always been popular mainly because of cloak even when it was bad people still play it. Nightblade is not tanky at all thus it has a weakness. All the S tier classes I put don’t currently have a weakness right now.
@@Khysage while nightblade might not be as tanky as a 40k hp warden, or shield stacking sorc, they’re plenty tanky… not only that, but they have insane mobility, healing, and as you mentioned, cloak, which is a carry in itself. Out and out tankiness becomes largely irrelevant if you’re able to outmaneuver 95% of players, and stack 40k desync damage on an opponent in two ticks…
@@liekosdawnit’s not tanky compared to DK either. It has more burst but less pressure than both as well. It might be in between A & S but to me it’s just not S tier. To each their own though.
@@Khysage as a DK main… DK pressure is irrelevant when you’re trying to burn through 40k hp and 20k shields. Not to mention trying to catch anyone on a DK, not gonna happen.
As a magplar main I have to disagree lighting staff gives 15% direct damage (all attacks) if u use spell pots it pretty much frees up ability slot vs stamplar (camo hunter) also pretty op scribing skill that costs mag pretty much honor the dead and vigor in 1 frees up another slot this patch espicially can run dark flare for major defile making sorc shields and healing weak, on top of that can use jabs or rangeplar
I came back after a few years barely logging into ESO let alone PvPing and my poor magplar that used to wreck faces feels like a wet noodle against all the other base-game classes that can both out-heal and do far more burst damage than anything in templar's toolkit could ever hope Even ranged magplar feels barely better than melee so craftplar it is from now on lol
I’m not sure if he created it but Pelican has a build on his channel that is absolutely busted. It’s uses an ability through scribing that is only available for wardens. It’s a charm affect you can put on a skill.
Is magicka necro really that bad still? I haven’t played in like 2 years I was considering coming back would you say pvp is worth returning to? Or is it still in a bad state

I had to laugh out loud when you put stam arcanist into the "dogshit" tier,.. liked yer vid up to that point. It takes more skill for sure but you are utterly dead wrong on that one! They DO need more burst though, I agree with that 1 thing
Did he really? Stamina arcanist is the first class I regularly dominate with in battlegrounds. I have good matches, and lots of bad, with various characters, but my arcanist is what I use when I start feeling like I need some wins, lol.
As a magplar main, I'm very surprised it's ranked so low. Especially for overland, I have zero issues ripping through the content with ease, including soloing WBs. That being said my ESO knowledge is limited
Stamarca includes something like basharca idk if you can put that in dogshit xd And id say putting BOTH dks on the same tier as acuity charm northern den and magsorc is cirminal xd same with both necros being above stamblade in an OW based tierlist but i dont play it OW so i give u that. but what is a good choice is not putting NB in S tier just because some gankblades can oneshot pveler in cyro xd i have more things but i dont want to type an unnecessary bible and its opinion except for the basharca thing xD

Just because they don’t have something broken at the moment doesn’t mean they’re not. I main necro so with the new pts changes which I did factor in for them I believe they will be B tier. Currently they’re C and D tier.

There is no 'Mag' vs 'Stam' anymore. Everything is hybrid and scales with both weapon and spell damage. My Nightblade has most of the Magicka morphs but Stamina is my primary resource. You're better off comparing Range vs Melee builds for all classes rather than Magicka vs Stamina.
