GOLDEN is the debut solo studio album by South Korean singer Jung Kook, a member of BTS.
The album was preceded by two singles “Seven” featuring Latto and “3D” featuring Jack Harlow.
The album was released alongside the third single “Standing Next to You” and also includes collaborations with Major Lazer, DJ Snake, and writing credits by Ed Sheeran and Shawn Mendes.

Jungkook didn't quit kpop, he's just experimenting with different styles and languages. He's a global artist.

the way yall separate kpop from pop is very weird. its literally the same thing just in different language. bts also has never been "kpop" to begin with they always been doing multiple genres. jk is still part of bts and said he will release korean songs soon. so no.
bts have been global artists for years this aint new. just cause hes doing english doesnt change their status of already being global prior. english isnt some superior language either. im tired of ppl acting like you can only sing in english to be considered a real pop artist like no.

That's messed up to say this cause it's wrong and absurd to even say. They all said themselves they will never never leave one another they are brothers.
Jungkook is doing well but I don't think it's fair to say he's doing better than BTS. And Jungkook has even stated BTS comes before his solo career.
