@@TractorLab That's not increased efficiency though if it costs more. The adoption cost to initially buy the new tech and the increase of complications will lead to more down time and maintenance cost and an efficiency decrease.

Ah now Fendt is also trying to see if they can one up Nissan in the AWD department.
Really tricky to do, BMW has come the closest so far, but the rest have failed which includes Mazda, Honda, VW, Volvo.
So it should be interesting, can the unique area of usage for the Fendt mean that farmers now get the benefits of ATTESA ET-S? :D

100% mechanical only at full speed not very efficient. Most tractors earn their keep in the field not the road so the field is where you want 100% mechanical.
