Yeah took me a bit to realize this too, also confused it with the mission at that fuel station to return a fuel trailer which is up above the supply depo on the right side of the map.

The tanker has to be full when you deliver otherwise it doesnt work

Incase anyone wants to know where the lift kit for the fleetstar it's in the black river map between the lumber mill and drill site, there's a dirt road that's barely marked on the map, I noticed they all using her lol

@@cavemanbonk8320 she is my main workhorse lol I've completed every contract in Michigan and started in Alaska and Russia, once she starts getting into her final stages she's a beast but I haven't bought a truck yet except for the Pacific p12 for mega cargo, p16 is good but doesn't have awd

Just FYI the guys have to build the metal structure for the bridge first before they can lay down the concrete so I think thats why the metal has to go first for the bridges.

I find that flatbed trailer is a bastard to pull through mud. I don't know how in depth the creators go, but it seems that it bottoms out a lot more. Pretty accurate.
best thing to do is to use a crane to load it on to your flatbed. The trailer is far too heavy for starter trucks.
You can scroll down to materials that need to be used which shows location on where to get said supplies, also from your last video delivering the trailer to the farm, if youve already arrived at the location before you activate a contract the system wont pick it up, so you have to activate the contract and fully drive out and then back on to complete it thats from my experience so far.

As soon as I get a little bit of money my way I’m definitely gonna pick this game up
i sit on my ass driving trucks irl and now i can sit on my ass playing a truck game
Tip for you, don't be afraid to use 4WD and diff lock, avoid churning up roads as much as you can, otherwise it WILL bite you hard later on, especially when you're gonna be using road tires for quite a while in trucks, I've also advanced time in early days when it's lashed down to avoid softer ground. When going through really sticky ground stay close to poles and trees, it will help, particularly when you have a load or trailer, you may need to winch your way through bad sections. If you get stuck with a trailer, detach it, get yourself free then winch the trailer back up to the toe bar/hook up. Back to Ep1, yes you can winch each other, I think it was giving you "invalid" coz you were trying to attach to a winch point inaccessible. You WILL need to winch tow each other at some point, particularly with heavy loads or if certain vehicles aren't 4WD or upgraded.
Somy nailed it, some missions you can't activate from the menu, you have to activate them by driving into a yellow box, sometimes not near the final objective. Like the Spruce (mountain view) task is actually activated at the caravan/trailer park where you found those concrete blocks on that larger flatbed. And some are order critical.
That stranded scout vehicle that the farm wants back, that you attempted, is kinda the same, I recovered the vehicle using the truck and crane, drove as far as I dared, and winched it out with the crane arm. Then later once I got offroad tires for the chevy scout, I criss crossed the paddy field to get into the box to activate the mission to officially drop off the vehicle the farm wanted.
That fuel tanker you found is not a mission trailer, otherwise it would say so, it's just like that flat bed with concrete on, it can be used as you see fit, to complete a mission or for you own purpose, there are many trailers dotted about like that. I seem to think, that to fill the fuel tanker up from a garage, you either have to "refuel" it from the truck towing it, in the function menu, or you can select it to be refilled some how, but I seem to think I "refueled" it from he truck, you get a source and target menu appear, and then I refueled the truck as normal.
Two things I'd get ASAP 4WD and diff lock if the vehicle has an option and has it, and better tires - will make your life easier, slightly.
You've definitely got the right idea getting the main paved road up and running, using the longer tarmaced route often pays off and is quicker driving miles around then what looks like a short cut, especially with big heavy loads.
I dunno why you didn't stick a flat bed on from the start, or a 5 wheel at least, the truck was next to useless. Try and preplan missions too, if you can attach a trailer and do a mission in one trip, or combine missions if your gonna to collect goods from the same place. Another good tip is you can buy and sell trailers, and you don't lose value on the sell. I fould once or twice I needed a trailer for extra capacity whilst I've been no where near one or my garage, but their has been a trailer store, I've bought a trailer, done the mission and sold the trailer straight after.
Damn the game is addictive, the first night I lost 5 hrs, I took some bread out the freeze from a sandwich at 11pm, thought I'd go to bed at 1am, next thing I know it's 4am, lol. Such a massive improvement on Mud Runner, I got bored of that after a few log trips. This is so diverse, and often missions link to others, or you have to go to other regions to progress.

Helps to unlock all watch towers to find the free upgrades. They are usually are marked on the map. AWD and Diff lock come in handy when all you have on are highway tires 😂

Did any one cry out in frustration from Squirrel having the small crane truck in the garage. When he started to look at adding stuff to the truck and failed to go to the bottom to add a flat bed deck to the top his truck??? Then he just exits out of the list and drives off.

@4:41 you say you can't unload the stuff but you can see its different materials required than what you have loaded on the trailer. look at the icon for whats required to unload and look on the left for what your trailer has.

I know it's old, but how long was it before you found the one for the tanker trailer you picked up? Also I think I clicked the same mission about four or five times myself until I realized that as soon as you click it, the unclicked one jumps ahead to be first (like you did with Lost Container and not getting Wet Harvest).
Love the “The Place Beyond The Pines” reference in the game. Awesome movie.
I think all the deserted vehicles and trailers were left stranded when the flood started and now in the aftermath u have to recover them and such

How did you get the crane on the truck so early btw? The trailer does have a brake, put the handbrake on before disconnecting it. :)

How does the truck retention mechanic work? I’m new to snow runner and ever time I bring a truck to the garage I try and store it but it won’t let me leave the garage unless I have a truck selected I’m trying to have multiple trucks in my garage instead of scattered around on the map

i found out a little trick! when you are in auto press LB/LT the gear shift buttong to manually change gears! I was going from 1st to 4th gear throwing out rooster tails in the mud and powering up the hills spinning 4th the entire way hahahhahaha basically lets you use the automatic like a manual only works up to 4th gear you cant manually change into 5th but by that time you are already going fast!
1st to 4th? You should be stalling out. Or at the least bogging down....

You need to enable the winch in the invite section of the coop game
Pro Tip: if a trailer such as the big one at the gas station is not shown on the map as a listed trailer then it won't help you. You can tow it and stuff but it won't work. Tried yesterday and it will not fuel any of my trucks.

Okkox Gaming Yes it is, though preferably a controller is more useful cause you then cab easier scroll through the menus.
i would recommend using a steering wheel, its wayyyy easier and also way more fun, a wheel is personally way better than a controller or keyboard but please keep in mind that this game doesnt have ffb yet

Bro u can save cars and then sel them and i think so too with trailers but with some you have to start a mission and sometimes you get the car u save (lik with the hummer) but i know that the highway truck south off the farm you cant get form the mission

I really don't think you have to be the one that turns in cargo. In my co-op hosted by my friend, I can turn things in. I think it was just because you owned that trailer in the first video.
