And when fear/doubt creep in, I am reminded of how God spoke to me through my up line when it was said “Much of building this business (especially in the beginning stages) is about having faith in the unseen."

Well said Eric. I have heard your motivational speeches before and the people I see failing are the ones who hear your words without hearing the message. It's unfortunate because they are the ones who can't be trained until they hear the message. Network marketing is like any other business. It takes commitment, perseverance, belief in one's self. If you are a team leader then be a leader. If you are part of a team then be trainable and be a team player while striving to become a team leader if that's what you want. As a trainable team player you will succeed by learning and using the tools you need to achieve the goals you aspire to. With this success is within your grasp.

I see that many things in my life are stuck because I have too many plans and small decision! I need to make DECISIONS, plan A:s about everything!

I graduated from college a year ago and have been working for a tech company since then (only for the salary, I hate my job) which pays me decently. So, based on this video, should I resign from my current job to pursue network marketing?
Never resign a job if that is your only income for starting in MLM. This kind of business requires a lot of work and we all do struggle at the beginning to make decent money. My recommendation is keep your job, start in Network marketing and learn as much as you can during the process. Don't expect to receive a decent income from the start, it doesn't happen. I hope what I say helps

I completely disagree!! I’ve ALWAYS been turned down when I mention that “I sell.” It’s always about sharing the opportunity, sharing the products.
