Thanks for the video. TR paper is wonderful. You'll love it. It's really fun with fountain pen ink and there are so many. Just about everything will have shading, but you'll get used to it. Most pens won't bleed except alcohol markers. If you use a pen that isn't waterproof, you may get some smearing. Ink takes longer to dry. I recommend a piece of blotter paper, especially if you are going to close your book before ink is dry. If you use ballpoint pens, it will dent the thin paper and you will have bumps on the backside. I prefer fountain or gel pens. My favorite gel pens are Uniball Signo, Uniball One and Zebra Sarasa Mark-On (formulated to accept highlighter on top - dries the fastest). You can also use fineliners and other water-based markers. You can also do a little wet media with watercolor or oil-based crayons. The paper will crinkle and it won't bleed as long as you don't go crazy with the water. Search RUclips for videos and have fun with your journal.

Love the Canon Ivy! I got mine last Christmas. 🥰 it works really well.
Ive been using Hobo since 2017 and gel pens take forever to dry in the Hobo. Some use fountain pens, Frixion pens. I use Sarasa Dry, check Jetpens for them. They come in super tiny width so it fits in Hobo grid if you like that. Also the Hobonichi pen that they send with planners from Hobonichi directly are terrific. I have tons of extra Hobo pens-Id be happy to send to you!

Oooooh nice stack! Hobo pens: fountain pen, gel pen + pencil board, simple marker pens work best for me

Is a6 personal size? I feel like we complicate things so much in the planner community. There are so many sizes and some are the same with different names.. 😅
A6 is shorter and wider than personal
Yes a6 its personal size , its slim by standard but you can get personal wide
