In her honor, someone created a doll made out of her face and called it "Annie". People use Annie to practice their resuscitation skills. They blow in her mouth and ask "Annie. Are you ok? Are you ok Annie?" Which is the chorus of the song.
Michael Jackson was sooo creative wrote this and choreographed it himself and even used a real doctor to record his heartbeat in the beginning of the song
