Hey there. So, you have three heroes who are good options for tank: 1) Phantom, Mortimer and Camila. I would personally use Phantom who hits harder and has better stats/specials. Camila is also great but she has the charge mechanics so you never know if she will charge 1X or 2X. Based on these heroes have:
Mortimer left wing, Pepperflame left flank, Phantom tank, Camile right flank and Grace right wing. (Grace is better suited on attack and not on defense)
