Unfortunately, it is not a native Mac application. The most quickest way would probably use like VMware fusion, install windows and pass your GPU over to the virtual machine. Or parallels.
Directly from GitHub repo no. Could it be converted too most definitely it is a python-based program and some modifications of code could potentially optimize for arm-like processors. There's also ways to run this program via virtual machines being rented out or farmed on GPU-based VPSs and then streamed it to your phone or any device. But that is outside the purview of this video and demonstration.

The file which you first downloaded you have to cut/copy that file into the avatarify repository.

Hello yes you do need a recommended 1060 Gpu or better I was using a 1050ti. I have a surface book 2 and I can try on that and see what happens.
