Hi guys, I have been subscribed to your channel for a while now and love the mad things you do. I am British (English) actually and had two XJ6's whilst in my 30'sand loved everything about them. They were outstanding vehicles and I believe at the time; many were imported to the US. So, I am very much interested in watching this build. Best of luck.

MINI was its own brand, Using engines from other companies. Rover mini, Austin mini., etc. Then Land Rover bought it. Thus when BMW bought it, they own mini company. so the ones you see now are BMW mini. “ mini Cooper” was the upgraded version back in the day. It was not a body style originally.
This will be an interesting build for sure. I bet on an XJ, but sure didn’t think this kind. It’s definitely outa the box. I can’t wait to follow the build.

Well you can do the typical build drop that body on a 4x4 truck frame with drivetrain. I know there is enough mustangs and like cars that way around KY, TN, GA areas.
Just to defend your driving... Powerchokes like the ripums... Ran a 7.3 daily for 10 years pulling heavy, and probably driving it worse than you did... Governers 4200, and mines sat there all the way up many mountains.
I’ve got an ‘06 Jaaaaag that I’m dying to lift/build/repower, so im super stoke for this build. Also, that thumbnail blur-job was pretty weak-an F-Type build would be incredible…
that might be a TH400 in there.....if it is, swap the output shaft to a 32 spline 4wd shaft and bolt up a Tcase and maybe run or original engine/trans. 🤔

But anyway brother that Peterbilt of Viking Motors needs to come up here for sure. I want to see that do like a versus with the scorpion crawler see which one goes up better faster.
So I'm assuming your going to find a cheap 4×4 buy it take the body off , then take the body off the xj6. Stick the body of the xj6 on the 4×4 and then build it ??? Lol. Thanks for the video guy's.
This is by far the coolest car, but for the love of God, don't screw it up. The XJ is a very special car, the 12 was the fastest 4-door in the world and the i6 in a good XJ should be able to compete with a contemporary 6l American v8 for power.... but the USA models always seem to be dogs, whether they haven't been maintained or they were de-rated for the USA I don't know.
Since it was said the from wheels needed to get through, you should have pulled them off the vehicle and walked them through. No one said the car had to be attached.
Bahahahaha nice land yacht.😂 you do know that anything other than short journeys cause it to overheat ? Don’t even bother leaving the thermostat in it and you better get a new pump and a huge radiator. O bring spare head gasket and bolts.😂😂

I would solid axle swap it with a Cherokee Long arm kit and a set of built Cherokee axles use as many jeep xj parts to build the xj Jaguar
There are going to be some crazy rides in the Off road challenge this year for sure.
