My Samsung Galaxy A10s running very well and its charging well in power on running mode. No problem i faced when device is while power on. But the only problem i face is when i am wish to charge my device in power off mode and plugged it in to charger- the battery "sign" appears, but it wont start charging count down animation and the charging sign appears and disappears continusly, and the display light blinking continually. actually after long time using this device i never face this problem also(there are many time i chirging my A10s in power off mode, but after i applying a ota update i noticed this problem happening. what you think? its hardware problem or software issue? ##please replay to help me out of this problem. thanks.

@@AzizMobile can you please explain, charging in power on mode and charging in power off mode are perform in same process or two different process? My thought is if charging connector have defect or charging related IC have defecet so how could its taking charge while device is in power on mode?
@@afnobs if you have a computer So connect the mobile to the computer through the usb cable, if you come to know that it is connecting to the computer, then the charging of the mobile is also OK, if it is not connecting to the computer, then understand what I am saying.

Nesse caso do A10s em que o aparelho não carrega desligado ou descarregou e não liga no carregador, So trocar ou conectar o botão biometria.

Yes it hardware but not big issues use news data cable and otherwise you go hardware shop and ask him just charging connector
