That cave tour was really incredible, I can see why you would need a guide to lead you through all of that. Looks like it was a lot of fun! So happy to hear all is well and that it was simply a case of not be able to access the internet for a while. Look forward to see more videos when you are able. Thanks for brining us along as always!
I've been to Sagada twice already & I'm looking forward for the 3rd time. The climate, the village below the mountain, pine trees allover the place, waterfalls, hanging coffins, the cave, vegetables, awesome! Thank you for sharing. I enjoyed a lot going inside the cave, really an adventure. The guides know well what to do. Great!
Very Nice Video its Very Ptofesional . Everything is Very Nice and Beautiful Like You And nice people all Of You . Thank You For Caring And Admiring the Natural Beauty of Our Country!
Chou guys are amazing. I've been to a lot of adventures in my country (PHILIPPINES) and I'm glad seeing people do extreme adventure and appreciate nature especially when it happens in my beloved country. Keep coming and visiting Philippines you are very welcome here. Keep sharing the good experience you have here during your stay. God bless you more.
Glad you guys are having fun! I don't think I'd have made it through the cave, too small & confined for me, but it was definitely interesting to see! Thanks for sharing & I'm looking forward to more videos when you finally have internet access!
Thanks for taking us with you! I really enjoy your travling vlogs. They are so interesting, keep them coming! Best wishes from the other side of the world!
It's really sad to see people so full of fear in these comments. Human beings weren't meant to sit at home and stuff themselves with pizza. We're actually built for activity. Climbing, walking, running, going into caves... etc. This is why we're all so fat and full of anxiety. People are meant to walk in dirt and mud and neither of those necessarily mean "disease"... Do you people think that going into a forest (GASP with all dirt) will get you sick? Staying comfortable all the time and stuffing yourself with donuts, pizza, etc... now THAT will make you sick. GUARANTEED. Although, I have to admit... going into a cave with flip flops is kinda stupid.
Have no fear, if there is a world catastrophe of some kind resulting in the destruction of infrastructures in north America, the pizza and hamburger stuffers will not survive.
***** You know no more about how I spend my time than I know how you spend yours - nor do I care to know either. The food is an analogy, but you're too stupid to see that.
I was just thinking of you guys yesterday, I thought man they forgot about us, they are having a great time in the Philippines. We area glad you back and save. This was a beautiful tour.
I enjoy watching your video. I'm happy to see foreigners visiting my country. I live in Washington state now but plan on retiring in the Philippines. I love Baguio... my wife and I visited Baguio back in 2011.
I'm so glad to see more posts from you. This cave one was really awesome. I would love the adventure! You guys will have great memories and amazing stories to tell. 8)
Yayy I get so excited when I see you guys posted a video!! That looks so much fun I hope one day I can go to the Philippines. Thanks for taking us along!
It is just so cool to get to come with you guys on your adventures around the world. Thank you so much for sharing! It both feeds and satisfy my wonderlust! That cave exploring seemed pretty wild, I don't know if I would dare it, good thing you had the guide (and Michal had the gloves) so you came out again safe :)
wow- those caves look awesome- while watching you guys head thru them, I kept thinking- at some of the openings that it would be a tight squeeze for some larger people... Thanks so much for taking us alone with you- amazing adventure! :D
Just saw an Old video of you with the two tone hair. You looks so much prettier with more of a natural hair color. And your hair looks so much nicer. Absolutely love your videos
we've been there last January and i really love go back to that place once again. the long hours of ride is definitely worth it.. what a great experience!!!
OMG Christine - So glad u guys are ok!!! I can't believe u wear flip-flops hiking through a cave! U r an adventurer, u need a pair of Merrell hiking/waterproof lightweight sneaker-shoes. What if the light went out in cave? Did the guide have a back-up?? U guys r brave - I gotta hand it to u.
Holy heck, kids! That was amazing!! I think I was holding my breath until you got out of there...ha! I'm claustrophobic and could never do that. Thanks so much for taking us along! Wow!!
Hey Christine - I love the way you pronounced, "Baguio", just like a Pinay, and the way you and your friend unpretentiously eat Filipino foods and embrace Filipino culture. I've seen foreigners and some balikbayans for that matter act like they are above Filipinos when they visit the Philippines. I can tell you and your friends facial expressions and body language that you truly enjoyed your Philippine experience. You both were genuine in your appreciation of the culture, even mentioning the fact that the Banaue rice terraces are a UNESCO heritage site. Now, how many Filipinos knew that? Thank you for the series of videos about your Philippine trip, even though they made me homesick. I will be home in December 2015, and will follow your steps to Baguio, Banaue, and Sagada. I might even stay at one of the hotels you stayed at, if I rememeber correctly, the Highpoint Inn or something. Thanks again. Greetings from the State of Delaware - John Reyes a/k/a Ricardo Sumilang
Hi Chistine I have been to Baguio for 8 days in 2013 the weather was a little cool for me the victory liner luxury buss was great for 19USD wow nice video Richard
It is good to see that you two safe and doing well. Thanks for taking us foxes inside that cave, I would have never been brave enough to go into that small opening and climb down that rope, especially after you said there was a15 foot drop. I thought that bat noise was like a snake pit inside the cave; Holy Bat Cave Robin!!! Can't wait to see your next adventure. Have fun and good eats, the food looks delish. Aloha!
OMG those caves are beautiful, but I would have never been able to visit them, so thanks so much for sharing! I'm to claustrophobic. So again thanks so much this has been a wonderful vlog! Welcome home xo
So good to see you and Michael again, we were all beginning to worry. You are braver than I would be to go into that cave, I wouldn't survive a minute in there. lol
Looks like you are having a great time! Both of your faces are filled with happiness and the food looks superb......Happy Halloween...... looking forward to more videos
Two words come to mind..scary and nuts.. Could NOT ever do the cave.. a lot of faith in the ropes needed, The cafe at the beginning and end looked amazing and food heaven.. Thanks for sharing, Loved your bobble hat too :)
Firstly, I have to say how much I love and enjoy Christine and Michael's vblogs and think they are a very charming couple. HOWEVER, as much as I'm into travelling light, they are not the best exponent of this type of travelling and I would not look to them for packing advice. Christine dresses in a uniform of tiny shorts, tank tops and flip-flop sandals regardless of the country she's visiting, the terrain, temperatures, planned activities, mosquitoes, sand-flies or whatever. She likes shopping and buying bags etc, so how practical was the 1 small backpack for the journey home I wonder.
I'm just now catching up with you. Gotta admit, I was thinking - WHY?!! I almost couldn't watch this because of claustrophobia. I'm glad you enjoyed it though and glad you guys are back safe and sound!!
wow.... I've been following your DIY vids and was amazed to find out that you traveled in my country. i went to Sagada too and the bus ride was amazingly scary... hahaha hope you two enjoyed!!!
I've always been interested going to Sagada, but I thought it's one of those religious pilgrimages things lol! This is far more interesting indeed. thank you for filming this and for showing a nice place to stay at
Wow, you guys are brave! Thanks for sharing with us. Wondrous view of the inner depths of the caves. Really amazing footage, and you made it out alive! :D
Missed you too, I am glad you enjoy your time at the Philippines. I never could go in that cave, much to narrow, dark, slippery and to much bats for me. It was nice to see you two doing it. Looking forward to the next video, By the way I have to make my own account on youtube, this is my husbands Ruud. That explains a part of the name. Greetingsfrom the Netherlands, Marion.
Thank you for sharing this cave tour with us. I can say with 100% certainty that I will never be doing this. I love that you and Michael are both adventurers. I would love to travel the world and explore such sites but I am too chicken and also have some health concerns. At least I can see through your eyes.😊
The Philippines is a place of almost unlimited beautiful places to go. Great video.
