Hello . I would first tell everyone to read the pre-op radiograph to assess the pulpal calcification. If it is present use ED4D ultrasonic tip for removing the pulpal calcification . I have used that tip in a video where we demonstrated RCT on an extracted tooth. It comes for both ems type as well as for satellac type of scalers in the price bracket of 1000-1400 rs .
