The other day I picked up an order from the cheesecake factory for the first time and I was amazed at their restaurant. I also delivered to a high maintenance customer so I loved my experience. I love being a Dasher for these great experiences.
i think restaurants should give you the option to order through ipad and have the least interaction as possible, and the option to have a live server always nearby inquiring about what you need, want or if everything's okay. not everyone is outgoing or extroverts. sometimes I just want to eat at cheesecake factory because the food is great but with the least amount of interaction with people as possible.
Cheesecake Factory treats DoorDashers like scum and sends them to the outside of the building to knock on an unmarked door to what turns out to be the backdoor to the kitchen. The kitchen staffs gets angry you knocked on or opened their door. Then you find out later they set up a foldable table outside for Dashers to go to. Absolutely nonsense, wastes the Dashers' time and is highly disrespectful. Managers just excuse it away as a California corporate policy. I will never eat or recommend anyone eat at Cheesecake Factory ever again in my life!

Ask anyone who delivers for DoorDash, they would tell you that Cheesecake Factory is DA WORST place to pick up food from. Two words: LONG WAIT
