How about clean the prison up and the guards actually protect the weak. Half the corruption going on in prisons takes s place because the guards look the other way. If they can’t do their job for what ever reason, find another way to make a living. If it’s an animal house inside….. then it sounds like administrative and guard staff allowing this crap.

A true professional is there to do a job and should be mature enough to do his job with out his personal opinion effecting his job! And allowing inmates to fight is not a type of an officer I would want around!! Liability waiting to happen! Just for the new corrections officers out there trust me you can gain respect with out going into a cell and fighting!!

9:44 he said “I’m walking in there as a man, I’m gonna be walking out as a man..” 🙄 Okay dude. You’re a C.O.!! That’s something convicts say, usually referring to the possibility of getting “graped”, & their willingness to do anything to prevent that from happening.
That phrase is something he has heard an inmate say & he thought “that’s pretty cool, I think I’ll try saying that too from now on.” Nobody’s trying to grape a C.O. foo.
Not saying he’s a goofy guy, but it was a goofy moment when he said that.
