Wow what a excellence, supperb one, initially you have added some colours in ppt at left upper corner from where did you add those colors?

I choose colors based on my experience and apply them to small square boxes using eye dropper tool...If you look at the color spread in PowerPoint (Fill-> more colors), i either go from left to right or right to left, then choose light or bright colors Depending upon background...It comes with experience but tried my best to explain a bit...

To create a duplicate : Use "Control + D" combo keys
Also you can drag it using "Control+Shift" keys..
