Indian nationalists behave the same in the US. We recently had an Indian "student" completely cover from head to toe in black clothing and run out in front of a speeding police car in the middle of the night. There have been months of protest occupations in the streets here. The important point to consider is not race but nationalism. You can't change how you were born or to what religon but you have a choice to follow the law or not. Even if you change countries you have to follow the laws of the country you migrate in to.
