Starting an Agro-shop is manageable you need to consider the following;
1. Location - this will enable you to know the kind of products to stock based on the farming activities in the area.
2. License -you need to know all the licenses and business permits required to conduct the business.
3. Identify the various distributors- this will be on our next discussion.
Finally you can start with atleast a capital of KES. 150k -200k.
