Points to note: 1. Coupling solar energy generation target with other initiatives like national skill development, make in India etc to reach our full potential 2. Making Energy diplomacy as part of foreign policy 3. Reaping benefits of India's geographic diversity with successful examples of Germany 4. Two challanges of solar energy generation one storage capacity development second monopoly of china in mineral resources for battery production 5. Alternative solution like solar thermal plants which uses molten salt instead of minerals and being the first mover in the sector. 6. Decentralisation of solar power generation have a potential to double farmers income. Thanks rajaya sabha tv for the debate
storage pricing efficiency tariffs operation and maintainanc cost make in India of batteries lessons from China, Germany focus on hybrid plants need of national renewable energy policy
Very fruitfull debate by your channel it is very helpful for understanding of one grid, world ,sun.i think it is very good initiative taken by our govt. It will strong our foreign policy bilateral relation and world environment.
A paradigm shift in the energy system is a great go.Also other forms of energy like tidal energy, ocean thermal energy, geothermal energy etc.,has to be harnessed so that the world can become self sufficient on Renewable energy. The molten salt technology stated by one of the panelists was great.
First of all we should think about what is the idea and idea- "One world One Sun One Grid" is very great and India has been leading in this area and this idea is a roadmap for India to become leader of the world. Because clean energy provider in future will lead the world.
Great points by Mr. A.K. Bhattacharya of the business line, the first hurdle is achieving the International Solar Grid is the money invested by developed country in thermal or gas based energy generation technology. So wherever money comes into picture things become complicated, so we first have to deal with the big corporations of developed countries and overall with their government before we proceed for realizing our dream of one world, one sun and one grid. ISA shall become FACILITATOR to overcome all such kinds of hurdles than being a SUPPLIER.
May you request RSTV to please also share relevant information over subject ... Written below in d form sub headings This will add value to d programme Like ISA members. year of formation.india' target from solar energy. PV cell . Challenge in PV.cell It's headquarter etc
Storage of solar energy may not be necessary. The energy needs of daytime in Indian National Grid itself is massive, not possible to meet with solar energy alone. Night time energy needs may be met with alternative sources.
One solar grid is really a marvellous idea but as a leader India has to recognise important threats that may be in future by Pakistan and China.one have the capability to devastate important infra. and another is collecting limited mineral resources that will have in high requirement with incr . in solar production.
Lol... One world one sun one grid how they think its possible some countries have 220v and 50hz frquency and some countries have have 110v and 60hz frequency how they thinks its possible sorry to say they there are lot of places in india which not associated with even national grid teill now🤔🤔🤔
this isnt a political discussion and you should very well keep ur political views to urself....and its not related to geology and economics but physics.... u can make the political comments on channels bought by the party u r supporting.
Bro it is vision if you don't have a vision how can you motivated to others to work towards it. Example is swachha bhart where we achieve good progress

When will the world be border free?
Dream big, aim high and achieve more. If you did not set the goals, achievement remains minimal.
Molten salt ...?.?
Great views from all panalists.. quality discussion..
See you next time...Frank sir

First think of a Pan India grid and connect each household by electricity then we should think of a global grid..
We have integrated grid system

Dont u know ...their fequencies and voltages could be modified accounding to the need .. it is not the point here insted switch to renewable is imp
Have you heard of High Voltage Direct Current Transmission
