I'm not a big thriller reader, but here are some recommendations of my personal favorites: shutter island, All good people here, The silent patient, None of this is true (recommend the audiobook for this one, there are interviews and a podcast and the production is incredible!)
Ong I literally just got the audiobook for none of this is true AND the silent patient so im very glad to hear that they are favorites of yours! I will have to check out the two others!

Thanks for your reply. Yes I enjoy writing. I have translated two novellas from English to Kannada, an Indian language.Eternal husband of Dostoevsky and My life of Chekhov and published them. Also I am publishing my own non fiction book in Kannada.@@mckenziekate
